Job Summary
We are seeking a PeopleSoft Application Developer to join the Application Development Team, supporting customized applications built around the PeopleSoft Financials Suite and external system integrations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical reasoning and critical-thinking skills, and a forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset. The candidate should also be able to communicate technical concepts, thoughts, and ideas clearly.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support customized applications surrounding the PeopleSoft Financials Suite.
• Support integrations between PeopleSoft applications and external systems.
• Analyze technical issues, identify solutions, and apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Collaborate with the Application Development Team to support application development activities.
• Communicate technical solutions, thoughts, and ideas clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• At least 5 years of relevant application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine.
• Experience with SQR for PeopleSoft.
• Experience with BI Publisher.
• Experience working with external REST services.
• Strong SQL skills, particularly Oracle SQL.
• Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Forward-thinking and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with the PeopleSoft Financials Suite.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Experience with the Phire migration and versioning tool.
