The role is required to work onsite 3 days a week with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable collaboration and cultivate our client relationships.Please note that with all our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
As Tech Associate, you'll work alongside experienced architects and developers to help design, configure, and test technology solutions that solve real business challenges for our clients. You'll gain hands-on experience on live projects, supported by structured training and mentoring.
What you'll do- Support the definition of requirements for complex client technology challenges
- Assist with configuration and testing of business application solutions
- Help create and deliver platform and custom-designed solutions under the guidance of senior team members
- Support multiple products within a platform, partnering with product, user experience, network operations, and software development teams
- Contribute to end-to-end project implementation plans to help ensure on-time delivery for the client
- Assist with data modeling, reporting, and visualization tasks
- Document requirements, test results, and solution designs
- Participate in training, certification preparation, and knowledge-sharing activities
