You'll be the hands-on expert behind Dayforce and Lattice, from configuration and security to new modules, integrations, and reporting. You'll partner with People Operations experts across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, and Performance, who know their areas deeply, and bring the technical skills that make their processes run cleanly in our systems. Backed by the People Technology team, you'll keep our core systems reliable, diagnosing and fixing root causes so problems stay resolved and the business keeps its velocity.
This is real ownership. You'll make configuration decisions, shape how we handle people data on a global scale, and see the direct impact on how smoothly the company runs. You'll join a team that cares about clean data and good architecture.
iM Responsible For... - Owning the core configuration and security of Dayforce and Lattice, keeping both stable and aligned with People Operations processes

- Partnering closely with People Operations subject matter experts to evaluate how process and system changes affect data integrity and performance before they go live
- Documenting business processes, system workflows, and administrative procedures while training team members as needed
