This People Services (PS) position is an integral member of the leadership team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other matters which impact business results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. 

Get the right stuff done 

  • Sets objectives andexpectations for self and business partners (and drives accountability for results) 

  • Createsand maintains a management process for progressing work activities  

  • Identifies and works towards key priorities through executing our human capital strategy. 

  • Develop and implement retention strategiesto impact patient care  

Develops self and others

  • Serve as a trusted advisor/coach to leaders, providing guidance on HR initiatives and partnering with them to develop and implement HR strategies that supportbusiness objectives. 

  • Collaborate with operational leadersto identify and address employee development needs, including training, coaching, and performance management. 

  • Collaborates with leadersto identify critical roles and develops succession plans for key positions  

  • Identify high potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for thefuture leadership roles.  

  • Monitor and tracks progress of key talent actions within the business  

Strategic Thinking 

  • Conduct regular HR data analysisto identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and develop appropriate action plans. 

  • Stay up-to-date withHR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices. 

  • Translates broader goalsand objectives into measurable deliverable and achieving results  

  •  Maintains a broad, strategic perspectivewhile identifying and focusing on crucial details 

Lead the DaVita Way 

  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. 

  • Drives accountability with their partners in the Village on how to Lead the DaVita Way as appropriate for their roles 

  • Accountable to employee engagement scores with clear action plan to drive results  

Drive Change 

  • Collaborate with leader to define the need for changeand identify the desired outcomes  

  • Develop change management plans includingcommunication strategies , training programs and stakeholder engagement plans  

  • Develop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate the change to allteammates  

Influence and communication 

  • Use strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence decision making and gain buy in from stake holders  

  • Presentdata, insights and recommendation to be influential in supporting the why behind initiatives  

  • Build commitment with stakeholders to create a shared vision and drive organizational change  

We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated success in the following areas: 

  • Previous experienceleading multi site Human Capital Strategy  

  • Experience coaching leaders ( manager and above)  

  • Experience identifying andcommitted to driving Key Performance Indicators  

  • Bachelor'sdegree required, MBA preferred 

  • Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required): 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred 

  • Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable drivingrecord required 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on human resources experience as a human resource business partner  

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as human resources manager strongly preferred; experience in large (1000+) company preferred. 

  • Proficient  in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams  and Outlook required

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
