Full Job Description
People Partner Director- Resins & Filtration - Pensacola/Muskegon will be a strategic partner across two sites (Pensacola, FL & Muskegon, MI) that owns and delivers the local associate experience - shaping and delivering strategies for engagement, culture, talent, and employer brand. The role anticipates and mitigates people risk, ensures compliant governance, and influences leaders to deliver an inclusive and positive associate culture while enabling people leaders to lead with confidence and clarity.

Cytiva's resins and filtrations businesses offer a full suite of purification technologies be they resin, fiber or membrane-based. Our comprehensive filtration consumables portfolio consists of filter consumables including hollow-fiber consumables, housings, connectors, formulation and filling sets (filter sets, needle manifolds), protective barrier packaging, and integrity test instruments.

The People Partner Director works closely with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Shared Services to deliver scalable, compliant execution while maintaining ownership of the people agenda. They model modern HR ways of working, using self-service and case management tools as the primary entry point for HR support.

This position reports to the Senior Director People Partner, Americas and is part of the North America HR team located in either Pensacola, FL or Muskegon, MI and will be an on-site role.

What you will do
  • Partner with Pensacola & Muskegon site and US-based business leaders in Resins and Filtration to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational goals, strengthen team effectiveness, minimize workforce risk, and drive business performance
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders on local organizational design, operationalizing workforce plans, building succession pipelines, and ensuring timely execution of headcount actions.
  • Ensure effective people governance and risk management, promoting consistent application of policies, compliance requirements, and employee relations practices.
  • Partner with the LER COE and leaders to anticipate and manage complex, sensitive, or high-risk people matters - including crisis and emergency response - govern escalations, and strengthen preventative practices.
  • Enable leaders through coaching and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and change management.
  • Leverage technology, people insights and workforce analytics to identify trends, inform decision making, and improve organizational and talent outcomes.


Who you are
  • Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; MBA preferred.
  • Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, engagement, and local execution of global standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence people leaders on sensitive matters and enable adoption of modern HR operating practices, including self-service and case management.
  • Experience leading local HR projects and change initiatives of moderate-to-high complexity with measurable improvements to the associate experience.
  • Ability to use people data and associate insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and partner effectively with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders.
  • Continuous improvement and process orientation, including familiarity with lean principles and structured problem solving applied to Human Resources.
  • Ability to operate with sound judgment, confidentiality, and integrity in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Expected travel up to 15% - for team meetings/projects/kaizens


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Experience in regulated environments, managing HR governance (legal entity, audit/regulatory, crisis response) with high confidentiality and integrity.
  • Experience operating in a complex, matrixed, and global organization.
  • Leveraging digital, analytics, or AI enabled tools to enhance HR decision making and execution.

The annual salary range for this role is $165,000.00 - $200,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
