The ProblemFlock continues to expand across communities, creating a growing operational footprint and an increasing volume of employee lifecycle milestones. Supporting that momentum requires clear internal processes and reliable People data that teams can depend on every day. You'll take ownership of our core People workflows and HRIS data hygiene, turning recurring administrative requests into streamlined, predictable systems.
What You'll Own- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including transfers, promotions, and process documentation.
- Maintain data hygiene across Rippling and build onto our existing People data pipelines to support operational decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the People inbox and Console, managing employment verifications, work authorizations, and recurring employee inquiries.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Identify and automate manual operational steps across everyday People workflows to eliminate repetitive friction.
What This Role is Not- This isn't a high-level People strategy or organizational design role, your day-to-day focus is hands-on operational execution, data hygiene, and frontline support.
- This is not an isolated desk role where you work in a silo, you will actively collaborate across Recruiting, Total Rewards, IT, and internal employee stakeholders.
What You Bring- Demonstrated experience administering an HRIS platform, with hands-on Rippling experience being a strong plus.
- Operational background managing core People processes, employee onboarding, and lifecycle administration.
- Practical data fluency with proven ability to pull, clean, and review HR data sets to maintain high record integrity.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills to manage frontline employee requests with discretion and consistency.
- Prior experience with early-stage HRIS builds or light data analysis is a plus.
