The ideal candidate will be located in Fort Myers, FL.Position SummaryThe People & Culture Site Operations & IT Business Partner has overall responsibility for partnering with the Digital Technology Services (DTS) leadership team, Fort Myers site leadership, Centers of Excellence, and peers to support the day-to-day business. This role serves as a strategic and operational People & Culture partner, supporting employee relations, employee development, engagement initiatives, implementation and administration of People & Culture programs, employment policies, and personnel record management. This experienced HR professional applies knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and company policies across a broad range of human resources functions, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, training, compliance, and employee engagement.
Core Responsibilities- Partner with DTS leadership and Fort Myers site leaders to support business objectives through effective People & Culture strategies.
- Investigate employee concerns and collaborate with Employee Relations to resolve inquiries and workplace issues.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to leaders regarding employee matters, policies, and best practices.
- Support employee retention programs and initiatives that enhance engagement and the overall employee experience.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding People & Culture policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare employee separation documentation and conduct exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and implement People & Culture programs and initiatives for assigned client groups.
- Partner with Internal Relations and Corporate/Community Engagement teams to support employee communications, events, social activities, and engagement programs.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.
- Analyze workforce and engagement data and prepare recommendations.
- Maintain accurate employee files and personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Research and analyze information for special projects and policy development.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and support continuous improvement efforts.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- Experience supporting an Information Technology (IT) organization is preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Travel: Up to 10%
Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $70,666 - $105,999
In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
