Job Summary:
The People & Culture (P&C) Senior Analyst Compensation will take team lead on enterprise-wide programs within the Performance and Compensation Center of Excellence (COE). The Senior Analyst will drive process and/or program improvements through the use of best practice gathering, synthesizing feedback and data, and technical expertise, while also ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and/or policy obligations. The Senior Analyst lends subject matter expertise on firm wide and/or business line initiatives. The role collaborates with People & Culture colleagues and business leaders across the firm to build solutions that support strategic priorities.
Job Duties:
Leads firm-wide employee compensation programs, including but not limited to annual compensation cycle, benchmarking and market trend analyses, and recommendations on program design
Executes complex analyses of internal and external compensation data
Leads annual compensation cycle activities, including planning, data preparation, system configuration, manager guidance, approval reporting, and post-cycle analysis
Administers salary survey participation, including survey selection, benchmarking, job matches, data validation, submission, and results analysis
Interprets and applies pay transparency requirements and leads compliance discussions and related projects from the compensation team
Evaluates job descriptions and applies job evaluation criteria to correctly classify roles under wage and hour laws and to support job architecture, job leveling, and compensation decisions
Diagnoses opportunities for improvement, makes policy or program enhancement recommendations and implements approved process improvements
Develops and implements communication strategy, project plans and standard operating procedures for assigned programs
Stays abreast of organizational changes and best practices and incorporates knowledge into project planning
Maintains compliance with applicable regulatory obligations and internal policies
Evaluates HCM Cloud capability for supporting program goals and deliverables and collaborates with P&C System counterpart on implementing solutions
Lends expertise to compensation projects and initiatives
Develops compensation reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level summaries
Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor's degree, required
Master's degree in business, human resources/labor relations, or organizational development, preferred
Experience:
Five (5) or more years of experience in base compensation program management, required
Experience evaluating markets trends affecting pay practices and developing business solutions, required
Experience managing and implementing organization wide projects or programs, required
Experience with incentive pay design, preferred
License/Certifications:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), preferred
Software:
Cloud experience, such as HCM Cloud or equivalent, required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Word, required
Power BI experience, preferred
