We're looking for a full-time (1.0. FTE) BC/BE Pediatrician to join our Pediatrics Department at our Columbia Tech Center location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine in a collegial, cohesive group. The department consists of 21 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians.
Position details:
- 100% Outpatient practice
- Full-time preferred with 4-5 days/week schedule (may consider part-time)
- Shared called among the department with 24-hour patient access to nurse advice line
- Established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care & specialty care
- Compensation is a Production model
- New clinicians have 2-year guarantee at $285,000 with upside earning potential
- Up to $35,000 starting bonus
- Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
