Pediatrician | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Role
Progressive Pediatrics is an established, physician-owned pediatric practice with offices in Union City and Bayonne, serving Hudson County families. We're hiring an experienced pediatrician for a schedule that fits where you are - whether that's a full clinical week or scaled-back hours while staying in patient care.
What you'll get:
Full-time (4-5 days/week) or part-time (2-3 days/week) - your choice.
Your choice of Union City, Bayonne, or a mix.
Established patient panels. No building a schedule from scratch.
Full clinical autonomy. Physician-owned and led, no hospital system or private equity ownership, no RVU quotas.

Professional liability (malpractice) coverage provided by us.
Compensation: $220,000-$235,000/year full-time or $50,000-$150,000/year part-time, based on schedule.
About you:
Active NJ medical license (or eligible), board-certified in pediatrics.
10+ years of pediatric experience.
