- Coach therapists through clinical, professional, and team-related challenges.

A role that keeps you clinically connected:- You can continue working directly with children and families while expanding your impact through leadership.
Clear leadership boundaries:- You will lead the clinical team without being expected to manage billing, payer issues, administrative operations, or every aspect of the business.
A team-based leadership model:- You will work alongside our Practice Manager, Business Officer, Clinical Specialist, and executive leadership rather than carrying clinical leadership alone.
Room to grow:- This role is designed for someone who wants to deepen their leadership experience while continuing to develop professionally and clinically.
