Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the dental industry is essential.
• Proven multi-unit leadership in overseeing 10+ locations.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability.
• Pediatric dental experience is a must.
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Ability to lead and mentor other leaders. Milestones in relationship-building with doctors.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and financial performance across multiple locations.
• Take full P&L ownership, including revenue and expenses.
• Drive practice growth through patient volume and operational KPIs.
• Develop and ensure accountability for Regional Operations Managers overseeing 4-8 clinics each.
• Foster strong partnerships with pediatric dentists and clinical leadership.
• Lead staffing efforts, retention, and team engagement in collaboration with Recruiting and HR.
• Identify growth opportunities, including provider additions and practice utilization.
• Support acquisitions and integrations for future growth while maintaining practice culture.
