Pediatric Physician Assistant | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Role
Progressive Pediatrics is an established, physician-owned pediatric practice with offices in Union City and Bayonne, serving Hudson County families. We're hiring an experienced PA for a schedule that fits where you are - a full clinical week or scaled-back hours while staying in patient care.
What you'll get:
Full-time (4-5 days/week) or part-time (2-3 days/week) - your choice.
Your choice of Union City, Bayonne, or a mix.
Established patient panels. No building a schedule from scratch.
Supervising physician and delegation agreement already in place. You work alongside our physicians, with no separate arrangement to set up on your own.
No RVU quotas or productivity targets.
A small, collegial team with low turnover.
Professional liability (malpractice) coverage provided by us.
$60-$80/hour, full-time or part-time.
About you:
Active NJ PA license (or eligible), NCCPA certified.
10+ years of pediatric experience.
