At our Canarsie pediatric clinic, earn $125,000 to $188,000 base plus up to $5,000 sign-on and up to $45,000 in quarterly performance bonuses, all on a Monday to Friday schedule. As a Physician Assistant (PA) in a pediatrics-only practice, you'll focus on well-child visits, development tracking, and family-centered care, backed by AI copilots that cut your charting time. How You'll Make an Impact
Pediatric care: Provide well-child visits, same-day sick visits, and follow-ups, performing age-appropriate histories and exams and assessing growth and development.
Diagnosis & treatment: Order and interpret pediatric diagnostics and develop treatment plans under clinical protocols.
Prevention & immunizations: Administer and counsel on immunizations and preventive care guidelines.
Family education & screening: Educate parents and guardians on nutrition, sleep, milestones, and safety, and screen for developmental, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns, coordinating referrals as needed.
Tech-enabled documentation: Document care in the EMR with AI tools and support quality improvement focused on pediatric outcomes.
Requirements
NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
