Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based assignment supporting students in Parker, AZ. The role is based out of Lake Havasu City, with a carpool arrangement available for the 37-mile commute to the school location.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
Requirements:- Active Arizona OT License
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Additional Details:- School-year contract (July - May)
