Schedule- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
We work with each team member to build a schedule that supports both clinician success and family needs.
What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental needs
- Support skill development related to daily living, sensory processing, and motor function
- Collaborate closely with speech therapists, PTs, and childcare staff
- Educate and partner with families to carry over progress at home
- Maintain organized documentation and manage caseload effectively
Qualifications- Licensed (or eligible) Occupational Therapist in North Dakota
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and adaptable
- Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to pass an advanced FBI background check
