Shift: Day
Hours: M-F 7am to 6pm, varied depending on Inpatient, OR and Clinic

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

APP will have experience working with pediatric patients, including those with neuromuscular disorders, rare syndromes, and other complex medical conditions. In addition to pediatric orthopaedic experience, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively educate and support patients and their families. The candidate should also be highly collaborative, with experience coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care for children with complex healthcare needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Current license to practice as CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners
  • Two (2) years' work experience as an RN
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Prior Pediatric work experience.
