Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) is required.
• Certification from recognized professional organizations in nursing specialties is mandatory.
• Valid California RN license is necessary.
• Preferably two years of nursing experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify physical and emotional illnesses through detailed patient assessments and diagnostic interpretations.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among healthcare team members.
• Work closely with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold patient privacy standards.
• Lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement and measure the effectiveness of practice activities.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and systematic evaluations of treatment plans and patient records.
• Assist in developing protocols for patient care along with physician colleagues.
