Full Job Description
Position Details:

PNP - Lake Health Clinics, Full-time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am-05:00pm, Monday-Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.

Position Summary:

As a valued member of our organization, you will provide preventive care, wellness visits, developmental screenings, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, patient and family education, and care coordination.
