Registered Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric team in Needham! Our patients range from toddlers to college students, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships with children and families as they grow.
What You9ll Do- Provide preventive hygiene care, including cleanings, radiographs, fluoride treatments, and assessments
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA standards
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
- Help children feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair
- Educate patients and families about oral hygiene, nutrition, and cavity prevention
- Build trusting relationships with patients and caregivers
- Partner with pediatric dentists, assistants, and hygienists to deliver coordinated care
- Contribute to a welcoming clinical environment where teammates support one another
Who We9re Looking For (Required)- Active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
