A growing healthcare organization in Panama City is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to join its dedicated pediatric specialty team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive endocrine care to children and adolescents while working in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the health and quality of life of pediatric patients through specialized diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine disorders.

Position Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth disorders, adrenal disorders, and metabolic conditions
  • Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic diseases
  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor ongoing care
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families about disease management, treatment plans, and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
