The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine (GLISOM) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our expanding team at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (non-tenure track). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a large team of experts in the field and a key provider within a nationally recognized, top-quality, patient-centered network.
The Endocrine and Diabetes Division provides expert, multidisciplinary care for infants, children, and adolescents with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, through comprehensive patient-centered clinical services. Our ADA-recognized Pediatric Diabetes Program serves more than 900 children and young adults and is complemented by a robust array of specialized clinics, including one of the nation's largest Prader-Willi syndrome programs, as well as dedicated clinics for Turner syndrome, Down syndrome, metabolic and obesity-related disorders, and general pediatric endocrinology. The division is strongly committed to medical education, clinical research, and quality improvement.
NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island, our clinical affiliate, is in Western Nassau County in the towns of Mineola and Garden City. This location offers the perfect balance of suburban comfort and access to urban life, with New York City just twenty-five miles and one block away from the Mineola Long Island Railroad station. The surrounding communities are known for their top-ranked public schools, powerful sense of community, and outstanding quality of life, an ideal environment for professionals and families alike.
Compensation: $230,000-250,000
The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.

The ideal candidate is a licensed, board-eligible or board-certified pediatric endocrinologist who demonstrates strong clinical skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to advancing the care of children. This position offers an academic appointment through NYU GLISOM, one of the first three-year medical schools in the country, which is dedicated to training the next generation of exceptional physicians and visionary leaders.
