Our practice is PPO/Medicaid and Fee For Service, we offer Full benefits that start 60 days after employment, including 401k match, for full-time employees. We pay for all of our Dr.'s malpractice insurance, up to $1k in CE courses of your choice per year and job security!
Requirements- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
- Valid IL state dental license
