4-5 day schedule.
You'll become part of an exceptional group of pediatric dentists with a combined
100+ years of experience, offering a highly collaborative environment where mentorship is always available. From day one, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while being supported by an experienced and engaged clinical team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care.
Compensation & Incentives- Competitive compensation with daily guarantee of $1400-$1600 plus production-based earnings
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus (based on experience and certifications)

Clinical Support & TechnologyBehavior Management Options- Nitrous Oxide (N₂O)
- Conscious Oral Sedation
- In-office IV sedation with anesthesiologists
- Hospital privileges for GA cases at local community and regional medical centers

- Digital Intraoral Imaging

Requirements- DDS or DMD degree
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Board eligible, with intent to become board certified
Preferred (not required)- Enteral or Parenteral Conscious Sedation License in New York State
Schedule- Flexible full-time schedule: 4-5 days per week
- Daytime clinical hours (no late evenings required)
- Schedule structure can be customized based on provider preference
