- Competitive compensation with an estimated all-in base salary of $86 to $111 hourly, which includes hourly rate and the RVU incentive plan averaged out over the last 12 months as a W2 clinician
- New grads will go through a 60-day orientation at 2 regular rate before moving to standard rate
