What You'll Do- Design complex, multi-layer rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB layouts, handling dense component placement and routing constraints.
- Enforce design rules for impedance control, differential pair routing, propagation delay, and EMI/EMC mitigation to maintain signal and power integrity.
- Apply advanced layout strategies to optimize high-speed digital, analog, and RF circuits while adhering to strict industry standards for reliability, signal integrity, and manufacturability.
- Own complete fabrication and assembly documentation packages (Gerbers, ODB++, 2D/3D drawings, bills of materials) and maintain component libraries in accordance with IPC standards.
- Partner with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to drive design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
- Provide necessary documentation for circuit board fabrication and serve as the point of contact for external supplier technical questions.
