In this role, you will ensure our most important asset - our people - are paid accurately and on time, while managing the perks that make their lives better. You will also act as a key technical contributor for testing any new workflow in our systems (HRIS tool: Hibob and our internal Pigment App).

What You'll Do:

  • Systems & Workflows: Serve as a power user for Hibob and Pigment App. You will be responsible for workflow testing, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms and help identifying automation opportunities to be implemented in collaboration with your manager.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain precise payroll records and generate reports for the finance team to assist with budget forecasting.

Your scope will primarily focus on North America (USA & Canada), the UK and the management of EOR providers.

This is a non-exhaustive list. We're a growing team, and your scope may expand as we scale.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 3 years in USA & Canada payroll
  • Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration within the scope defined.
  • You are rigorous, and have good attention to detail.
  • You have strong prioritization skills & solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a "test-and-learn" mindset for HR software.
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity toward confidential data.
  • Proven agility and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-growing and international environment.
  • Used to work with a third party payroll provider
  • Experience with international payroll is a major asset

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package ($110,000 - $125,000)
  • Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved ones
  • We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies
  • Trust and flexible working hours
  • Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, London and San Francisco
  • High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k), enabling you to prepare for retirement
