Payroll Analyst IVPosition Summary: - Works independently with guidance on complex tasks, performs a variety of complex functions in the preparation, processing, maintenance, verification and reconciliation for multiple payrolls, and reconciling payroll accrued account.
- Manage expatriate program to include review and approval of balance sheets and maintain tax compliance.
- Act as functional lead on the payroll integration of Corporate Development.
- Manage the payroll development and implementation of HCM system upgrade and tax updates.
- Analyze payroll processing problems and recommends best practices to implement new solutions.
- Makes recommendations to the Payroll Manager for development or enhancement of payroll procedures and documentation.
- Responds to internal and external customer non-standard requests.
- Leads payroll staff members and may perform duties of Payroll Manager in his/her absence.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:- Four year college degree required and certified payroll professional (CPP).
- Eight or more years experience in a payroll position.
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:(Ranges from task-focused to integrating related functions, to broadly strategic integration)
- Advanced understanding of payroll administration, recordkeeping and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Basic accounting principles as related to payroll processing.
- Advanced knowledge of software applications related to payroll systems and time and attendance systems.
