M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of Laboratory Director experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with hospital operations, quality improvement, and medical staff functions
Responsibilities
Lead Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Services
Oversee clinical sign-out and administrative duties
Manage a general Surgical Pathology practice with 25 cases per day
Participate in Tumor Board and on-call rotation
Collaborate with a team-oriented hospital environment
