Our Ideal Candidate:- Is currently engaged in patent preparation/prosecution work.

- Has 2+ years of recent experience in patent preparation, with experience in wireless telecommunications systems, standards-related technologies, communication networks, electrical hardware and software, computer networks, semiconductors, storage devices, circuits, memory, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data security, or wearable technology preferred (but not required).
- Has a strong academic record with a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics/Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable fields.

- Candidates must be registered with the USPTO to serve as a Patent Agent.

Salary Range:Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based -you'll be evaluated on your performance and achievements. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado):$120,000 to $275,000+.A discretionary bonus and other incentives may be available based on performance.
