Our firm culture encourages you to define and pursue your definition of success while providing support and mentorship during the process. We offer not only professional development and career training programs but also a personalized mentoring program in which a more senior attorney takes an active role in helping you achieve the highest level of success and become an important member of the Ashurst Perkins Coie team. Additionally, many patent agents choose to proceed to law school and have the option to continue employment while in school.
