Pasture / Range / Forage (PRF) and Livestock (LRP) Insurance Market Leader

The Market Leader serves as Trucordia's primary leader for the Pasture, Rangeland, and Forage (PRF) program and livestock insurance programs. Reporting to the Platform Leader, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring alignment with the Platform's goals and Trucordia's organizational commitments. Duties and Responsibilities • Achieve Trucordia's revenue growth targets for PRF and livestock insurance programs within the assigned market. • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for PRF rainfall-index coverage and livestock insurance programs, including coverage options, program requirements, and producer education. • Build and maintain relationships with Approved Insurance Providers (AIPs) supporting PRF and livestock insurance programs. • Partner with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities through new business development, cross-selling, and upselling to existing clients. • Coordinate with the Platform Operations Leader to ensure efficient and effective operations that support sustained growth in PRF and livestock insurance programs. • Monitor Risk Management Agency (RMA) and AIP bulletins, and collaborate with each Platform department to communicate program updates and support adherence to applicable requirements for PRF and livestock insurance programs. • Work under the direction of Platform Leadership to monitor revenue and profitability and implement strategies to achieve financial targets across PRF and livestock insurance program growth areas. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in an AIP or crop insurance agency leadership or support role involving agricultural crop insurance. • Well-rounded experience with PRF rainfall-index coverage and livestock insurance programs, including coverage selection, program administration, and applicable requirements. • Experience supporting education on PRF and livestock insurance programs across an agency. • Experience working with AIPs, agents, the RMA, and underwriting teams preferred. • AIP or agricultural crop insurance agency experience preferred.
