Full Job Description
$120,000 - $180,000 a year **The Opportunity** We're looking for a **Partnership Success Manager** who thinks like a consultant and operates like a strategist. This is not a traditional account management role. You'll embed yourself in the operations of our most complex healthcare partners, diagnose workflow challenges, design adoption strategies, and drive measurable outcomes, all while building C-suite relationships that make Circadia indispensable. If you've spent your career advising healthcare organizations, navigating complex institutional environments, and translating data into executive-level insight, this role was built for you. **What You'll Do** **Strategic Partnership Management** Act as a trusted advisor to key leadership teams across multi-site healthcare clients. Understand each partner's strategic objectives deeply enough to align Circadia's capabilities to their long-term goals - not just their immediate needs. **Implementation & Workflow Design** Lead seamless onboarding and implementation engagements, adapting our technology to each client's operational realities. Apply a consultative lens to identify friction points and design solutions that stick. **Executive-Level Engagement** Navigate confidently at the clinical and executive levels. Build trust quickly with CMOs, CNOs, and operations leaders - and maintain those relationships through insight, not just service. **Data-Driven Advisory** Leverage Circadia's predictive analytics to surface insights that matter to your partners. Turn monitoring data into a compelling story about patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and ROI. **Renewal & Expansion Strategy** Own the full post-sales lifecycle. Develop success strategies that drive adoption, reduce churn risk, and create organic expansion opportunities - contributing directly to forecasting and pipeline reviews. **Voice of the Partner** Bring field intelligence back to the product team. Your frontline perspective shapes the roadmap and ensures Circadia continues to solve real problems for real organizations. **What We're Looking For** - **4-6 years** of experience in management consulting, strategic account management, or client advisory. Ideally, in healthcare, medtech, or health IT - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site institutional clients or long-cycle B2B engagements - Executive presence: you communicate with clarity and credibility at every level of an organization - Consultative instincts: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you back recommendations with data - Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes engagements and driving them to measurable outcomes - Willingness to travel ~50% within your region - Passion for Circadia's mission to transform patient care through intelligent monitoring and automation **Why This Role, Why Now** You'll have the autonomy of a consultant without the constraints of billable hours or project-hopping. You'll own real relationships, see real outcomes, and be part of a mission-driven team that's scaling fast. At Circadia, your work directly translates into improved lives - and that's something most consulting engagements can't offer.
