Based in Toronto, you'll be a trusted advisor to customers and a key connection between their teams, Syndio and services partners including Deloitte and KPMG. You'll develop a deep understanding of each customer's goals, bring the right people together and guide the work from initial onboarding through deployment and ongoing adoption.

You'll combine strong relationship management with the ability to coordinate complex implementations. That means establishing clear plans, managing expectations, identifying risks early and making sure commitments translate into action. You'll work closely with Syndio's implementation and technical teams, who deliver the configuration and technical work, while keeping the overall customer experience connected and moving forward.

You'll also help shape how Syndio serves Canadian organizations as we grow. The insights you gather will inform our product priorities, partner delivery approach and customer success practices.

Success is measured through successful deployments, product adoption, customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.
