The Opportunity
As a Partner Financial Matters Senior Associate, you will engage in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to help clients optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations, handling tasks such as financial reporting and budgeting. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations
- Conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Developing and maintaining financial reports to provide insights into financial performance
- Analyzing balance sheets and cash flow statements to identify trends and opportunities
- Utilizing accounting policies and practices to enhance financial management and reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform business strategies
- Collaborating with teams to generate financial reports and support financial close processes
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial operations
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
