In this remote role, you will report into our Head of Partner Audit.

You will:
  • Oversee the enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards
  • Review audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans.
  • Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off
  • Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance

You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

We prefer:
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other similar certifications
  • Experience in risk management and compliance program development
  • Experience conducting internal, vendor, and partner audits
  • Experience in project management

Travel requirements:
  • Up to 50% travel required

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
