Full Job Description
Citi is looking for a Paid Media Operations Lead to enable the end-to-end deployment and scaling of AI agents across Paid Media. This role will partner closely with Paid Media subject matter experts, Technology, Controls and other stakeholders across the enterprise.

It is critical for this role to have experience in and knowledge of Paid Media (inclusive of Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, Campaign Planning) and can understand workflow and routines of Paid Media teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use case requirements development. Partner with Paid Media subject matter experts to identify high-value opportunities for agentic transformation and translate business needs into clear technology and success requirements.
  • Deployment management. Drive project updates on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence; Partner closely with Technology to enable agents to move effectively from concept to pilot into production.
  • Governance and controls. Partner with stakeholders to establish appropriate controls, documentation and governance of agentic capabilities
  • Adoption and change management. Support in adoption across Paid Media teams through training, documentation and feedback loops ensuring capabilities translate into measureable changes in how teams work.
  • Performance & Continuous improvement. Develop KPIs and measure success of the program; Capture and prioritize enhancements as agents and media workflows evolve.

Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Paid Search, Programmatic, Social and Media Campaign Planning.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging marketing technology; experience supporting AI, agentic AI, workflow automation or AI-enabled marketing solutions strongly preferred.
  • Experience with campaign governance, approvals, risk and controls, ideally within a highly-regulated organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies and challenge existing ways of working.

  • Bachelor's/University degree required.
