Job Summary and Qualifications- Under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services, as the PACU manager you will assume management responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the PACU, Day Surgery, and Pre-Admission Testing
- You will assist in development, interpretation, and implement department policies & procedures, implement department safety programs, consult with physicians and other professional staff as needed and demonstrate knowledge & skills necessary to provide care appropriate to patients served by the department
What qualifications you will need:- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing, BSN required
- Masters' Degree in Nursing or related health field preferred
- Current Nevada license to practice nursing required
- Current acute clinical knowledge required
- Minimum of 1 year leadership/ management experience required
- Recent Peri-Operative services experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS required
