• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience• Experience in configuration, implementation, and production-support for Inventory Management, Cost Management, Procurement and Order Management.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud and Inventory Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Costing Cloud.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Settle, Order-to-Cash, inventory control, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory valuation, and cost accounting.
• Experience on inventory structures and transactions, reservations, cycle counts, reconciliation, cost organizations, cost books, valuation, receipt accounting, cost processing, and period-end close.
• Experience in leading requirement-gathering workshops, process reviews, functional solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and solution governance for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Experience in leading onsite/offshore functional teams and managing incidents, problems, changes, releases, enhancements, escalations, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous service improvement within an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Experience in client-facing, consulting, communication, decision-making, and executive-presentation skills, with the ability to engage business leaders, process owners, SMEs, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, third-party integrations, data corrections, and automation initiatives.
• Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, consumer products, or logistics, with practical knowledge of inventory, warehousing, procurement, valuation, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience assessing Oracle quarterly updates, planning regression testing, driving automation and proactive monitoring, reducing recurring incidents, and developing improvement roadmaps.
• Experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud.
• Experience in Business Intelligence - Reporting, BI Publisher.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
