Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Required Skill and Experience• Product knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP & AR).
• Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Knowledge of the Oracle Supply Chain Management Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
• Understanding of latest industry trends in EBS finance modules related business processes and practices.
• Ability to translate requirements into fit-gaps in Oracle EBS for the above modules.
• Ability to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Ability to test and deploy custom solutions for Oracle EBS finance modules.
• Ability to participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Ability to coordinate with peripheral application teams.
• Ability to lead super-user training and support other training related activities.
• Ability to support data conversions for finance modules data elements.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Knowledge of best practices followed in global Manufacturing industries.
• Ability to provide solutions/suggestions to the client.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
