Job Description:This role exists to ensure the Mars Snacking NA people strategy translates directly into operational execution across the business. Rather than functioning as a traditional embedded HR business partner supporting day-to-day unit needs, this role carries an enterprise portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives; spanning organizational design, capability building, and operating model transformations.
Success requires operating as the connective tissue across business units and functional centers of excellence, driving alignment, rigorous planning, and accountability without direct authority.
Key Accountabilities- Strategy-to-Execution Architecture: Translate enterprise P&O priorities into clear operational workplans, milestones, resource requirements, and governance structures across executing teams.
- Portfolio Leadership: Drive multi-stream initiatives including organizational design, capability programs, and business-critical change efforts: from design through measurement and sustainment.
- Matrix Alignment & Stakeholder Orchestration: Partner across P&O team embedded in business units/ functions and functional centers of excellence to build shared ownership and enable interdependencies.
- Early Risk Identification & Decision Support: Diagnose delivery bottlenecks, resource constraints, or strategic misalignments early; surface actionable trade-offs and concrete solutions.
- Executive Change Enablement & Commercial Translation: Articulate the business rationale and operational outcomes of P&O initiatives.
- Targeted Deployment: Maintain broad regional portfolio oversight while dynamically embedding into specific business units when critical transformation phases require dedicated horsepower.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications- Strategic & Functional Depth: Demonstrated background in organizational design (OD), organizational effectiveness (OE), workforce transformation, or strategic P&O within a complex environment.
- Influence Without Authority: Proven ability to align senior stakeholders, negotiate competing priorities, and drive cross-functional delivery in a heavily matrixed organization.
- Execution Discipline: Track record of decomposing ambiguous, high-level enterprise goals into structured, phased roadmaps that operational teams can reliably execute.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business orientation with the ability to link human capital strategies directly to operational efficiency, capability uplift, and bottom-line performance.
- Agility & Communication: Comfort toggling between enterprise strategy and tactical problem-solving, supported by concise, outcome-oriented executive communication.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
