Full Job Description
The P&C Sales leader is an individual whose primary responsibilities are monitoring all Sales Producers and workloads for each, providing assistance to Producers and Producers-In-Training. The P&C Sales Leader is responsible for increasing New Business sales and improving Renewal Retention. How You Will Contribute: • Responsible for new business and retention goals. • Coordinate Cross-Sell Opportunities. • Manage the Business Development Unit. • Organize Sales Meetings. • Assist with and monitor Producer Sales Plans. • Improve presentations, proposals, and sales tools. • Assists producers with renewal strategies. • Overall management and responsibility for the CRM system. • Expand Client Relations. • Hire and train new Producers. Licenses & Certifications: • Licensed as an insurance agent in the State they reside in. Skills & Experience to be Successful: • Knowledge of the company's operating rules, regulations, and policies. • Ability to plan, organize, assign, and supervise the work of subordinates. • Good leadership skills. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Effective and efficient use of computer and related equipment. • Industry designations are promoted and funded by the agency. • This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hiring and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.
