5-7 years of project management experience in data centre or similar projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or pursuit of certification from the employer
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to foster strong relationships with team members and clients
Availability for on-site work Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Lead onsite operations and ensure adherence to safety practices
Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant, and contractor teams
Proactively identify and resolve project issues
Implement and monitor project processes, driving improvements in collaboration with clients
Facilitate key meetings to track project progress and solve problems collaboratively
Ensure compliance with project procedures throughout the duration of the project

Overview
In this role you will:
Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed

Have experience project managing on a data centre project or similar
Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help
Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
Are detail oriented and quality focused
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
