The Outsourced Accounting Manager is responsible for managing outsourced accounting and tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses. This role blends client service, technical expertise, and strategic advisory, while contributing to firm-wide process improvement and business development initiatives.
Description of Duties
Client Management
Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, delivering proactive and responsive service.
Understand client needs and provide tailored accounting and advisory solutions.
Engagement Oversight
Independently manage multiple engagements, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and AP/AR.
Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and workpaper preparation.
Tax Preparation & Advisory
Prepare business and individual tax returns for outsourced clients.
