Full Job Description

ROGO Fastener Co., Inc. has proudly served the automotive repair industry for over 33 years — and we’re still growing. We are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and represent ROGO’s high-quality line of fasteners, chemicals, and shop supplies, with a strong focus on American-made products.

This is a field-based position focused on building long-term relationships and expanding our footprint in an established and protected territory. We value internal talent, and this position provides room for growth within the company, including avenues in management.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 12–16 in-person route sales calls daily to:
  • Automotive repair shops
  • Autobody shops
  • Automotive dealerships
  • Motorcycle repair shops
  • Golf courses, marinas, DPWs, and MRO businesses
  • Wherever there is vehicle and equipment that need maintenance & repair
  • Prospect and close new business while growing existing accounts
  • Demonstrate products using ROGO’s professional selling tools
  • Provide exceptional service and build long-term customer loyalty


Required:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in automotive, industrial, or chemical products
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Proven success building strong customer relationships


Preferred:

  • Mechanical or automotive knowledge
  • CRM or mobile tech experience (tablet-based sales tools)
