What You'll Be Doing
- Run high-quality, pre-qualified appointments
- Inspect roofs, siding, windows, and gutters, identify problems, and present solutions
- Present Good / Better / Best options and close same-day
- Deliver a premium customer experience from first interaction to project completion
- Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and social media
Non-Negotiables
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Coachable, competitive, and self-driven
