In this outside membership sales role, you'll meet with local business owners, present valuable membership and advocacy solutions, and generate new business throughout your work area.

- Average annual earnings: $80,000 - $200,000
- Up to 13 weeks of performance-based training pay
- $1,000 per week or commissions earned, whichever is greater
- Weekly commission payments

What You'll Do- Prospect and engage small business owners within your assigned work area
- Build relationships and establish trust through face-to-face interactions
- Present NFIB's proven value proposition and membership benefits
- Identify business owners' needs and recommend solutions
- Overcome objections and confidently close new memberships
- Manage your territory, prospecting activity, and sales pipeline independently
- Represent NFIB as a trusted resource and advocate for small businesses

- Able to work independently and manage their own territory
