Fire Sprinkler & Alarm inspections aren't "nice to have" - they're mandated by Federal, State and Local code, recur each year, and are essential to keeping buildings and the people inside them safe.
That means no economic-cycle whiplash, no discretionary-spend objections, and no quarter where your pipeline evaporates because a CFO got nervous. Candidates coming from HVAC service sales, mechanical contractor sales, building automation, fire alarm sales, security systems, elevator service, industrial services, facility maintenance, or other contract-based B2B service industries will find a familiar sales motion here.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven hunting role focused on new business development, account management, recurring service agreements, and long-term customer partnerships. Target territory is focused on
Metro Boston and inside the
I-95 beltway.
You'll spend your time conducting site surveys, building target account plans, prospecting new opportunities, cross-selling services, and helping customers maintain compliance with fire and life safety requirements. You'll grow Cogswell Sprinkler's fire sprinkler and alarm inspection business by expanding existing customer relationships and winning new inspection agreements throughout Metro Boston's manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, and commercial facilities market.
If you're a hunter who's ready to build a
durable book of business, the kind that compounds for years instead of resetting every January, we want to talk to you.
