We're seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care in an Outpatient setting. Required experience: 1+ year's practice experience in a similar PMHNP role, post clinical rotation hours.

Collaborative team of Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Therapists, and Clinical Support Staff.

The Role
As a PMHNP, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric care for patients in an outpatient setting, including:
Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
Medication management and treatment planning.
Ongoing monitoring of patient progress and outcomes.
Treatment of conditions includes depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, etc.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
Patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000-$185,000 based on job fit, experience, and other factors.
26 days PTO annually.
CME package

Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing.
Current Washington APRN licensure (or ability to obtain).
Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
