- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine required treatment
- Provide direct patient care per established protocols and patient care guidelines
- Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
- Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
- Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and build a comprehensive program to attain those goals
- Implement the physical therapy treatment program and provide essential treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
- Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' comp reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports
Qualifications- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current South Carolina PT license or eligible
- CPR certification
- Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Responsible individual with a solid work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills

Additional InformationThis position offers a sign-on bonus. The salary range begins at $75,000 and increases based on relevant experience. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. This position is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation, subject to change under the Company's plan.
